Locked Access Database

I am designing a website and cannot overwrite the old access database on the site with the newer version because it states that the file is locked and is opened by another user. But since this is still on the testing server it cannot be opened by anyone.

It must have been left open by either FrontPage or Dreamweaver MX during development... How can I force a delete of the file or get the lock released?

If possible you may consider rebooting the testing server.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I have tried it to no avail. I have also tried re-opening and closing the database through MS FP and DWMX.

I'm sure there is a better way, but I got around the problem by creating a new folder on the server named site2 and just republishing everything there.
