Have distribution users exit (or all users if you can). In SM\processes\initialize distribution\purchase order choose the pobuyerp file. This file seems to get a hard lock on it from time to time. Also, be sure there are no screen*.tmp in the data folder & no "orphan" users in the users folder. And no *.lck files in the data folder.
