Lock port to IP-address 2950-24EI

How do i lock a specific port so that only a specific IP address can be connected to that port? I use a Catalyst 2950-24 ports + 2 Gbit with enhanced image.

You can't lock it down to an IP address but you can lock it down to a mac address.

This feature will allow you to shutdown the port if a staiton with the incorrect MAC address is plugged into the switch port. Once you enable this feature the port will secure the MAC address for the workstaion/device dynamically.
