How do i allow others than Administrators to unlock a windows 2000 server which is not running Active Directory and acting as a standalone server.

Thanks

Micah

Not sure whatt you mean. You've locked the computer, and can't unlock it?
Just get anybody who is a registered Administrator to sign in! If its not on a Domain at all, then it will have to be someone who is a registered Administrator in Local Users and Groups on the local machine.

Hope thats helped. Steve Hewitt

try somebody who is a member of the server and account operators group. Jeffrey Rebong

Sorry for not having been more clear. I wish to make members of a group i have just created have the authority to unlock the server without having been added to the Administrator Group.
