Is it possible to set hours and/or days for individual users not to be able to log on to a specific computer on the network?

Did you look in the properties for the user? If you're using Active Directory, look in "Administrative Tools"->"Active Directory Users and Computers". For each user, there's a tab titled "Account" containing a button titled "Logon Hours...".

It looks like this not available if you're not running Active Directory. I could be wrong, though.

I am running AD. But I would like NOT to lockout one particular user, rather I would like to prevent one COMPUTER from being used at a certain time during the day. Can this be done??

I don't know if that setting is available to computers listed in AD. I don't have any set up in AD at this time.

I'm pretty sure this could be accomplished using a scheduled script. You could probably run a script that disables all logins (except the administrator) at a certain time of day and then schedule another script to re-enable all logins. I do something similar to this to keep users out while I'm updating our Terminal Server.

Also, there appear to be a few third-party apps available but they seem to be geared more towards kiosk or home use. Surely, there's one intended for more general business use.
