lock call when an extension is busy cs1k

in our old setup we were given an feature code to lock the busy extension
this worked as
extn 123 calls extn 124
124 is busy
calling party dials 6 and ends call
as soon as extn 124 released from call ext 123 receives ring once 123 pickup it rings to ext 124
is this posible in maridian cs1k
how can i setup this thanks
