Locating where certain modules load from

Hi everyone,

I am currently looking into a problem with a Irix server we have.
There is a module called fglrx which is being loaded and we are trying to locate where exactly its loading from (which file) and how to unload/reload it, in a way do the same thing linux does with the insmod,rmmod,modprobe.

Any ideas, help would be appreciated.
