locating mac mini

I just bought a mini and it thinks it is in Cuppercino Ca. instead of Tucson Az. How do I change its location so it will give me local wather and movie information?

Apple menu/system Prefrences/Date & Time. Set time to your zone

Click on Dashboard. On the little window that shows the name of the city you picked in dat & time, clcik the tiny little I at the botton right. Enter the info you wnat in the next window.

several of the item in the mail options are grey. Specifically I would like to make folder to send important emails to. How do i do that?
