I have a machine running Server 2003. It comes with Sharepoint Services 2.0. I set it up a few years ago but it had minimal use, so after asking a manager if we wanted to continue using it, they said no. I removed the service. However, I did not remove the database. An employee came up to me saying he was storing a considerable amount of data on it and was requesting to get the data off. I have set up the service again, but cannot locate the database. It isn't showing up in SQL Server Express 2005.

Is there hope to recover this? If so, how do I import the information into the new server?

I know this is a long shot, but thanks for any help.
