Hello,
We have a number of analog phones that when you pick them up they automatically ring the front desk, a hotline if you will.
2 of the lines don't. you get a standard dial tone.
I have been told that to change from hotline to dialtone or back the phone company (Comcast) charges us.
what?
From what I am able to glean from the seasoned professionals here, these hotlines are totally between extensions, so why would we be charged to switch them?
any help would be great.
