Local group policy software restriction 1

I've done it before, but I cannot freakin find it now. Someone please remind me where the setting in local group policy is that lets to disallow access to a specific program.

I remember you open it up and add the name of the particular software program, iexplore.exe for example, to the disallow list, and in a restricted user account it gives the user a message saying the program has been blocked when they try to run it.

Am I loosing my mind, is it somewhere else, or am I just missing it? Thanks!

Thanks, that was it... I took a 2nd look at it and realized I was just being retarded and not right clicking "additional rules" and selecting "new path rule".

Thanks for your help! This whole caffeine free thing is killing me...
