Local Ext does not go to voice mail

We have BCM400 running on 3.7. We have a small problem, if we call a local extension and if there is no one to attend, it keeps ringing. It should go to the voice mail. However it does go to the voice mail if some one is calling in from outside.

Any thoughts ?

you need to set call forward no answer to voicemail for that extension. You can get the vmail dn by going to a phone and pressing feature 985.
