Due to new Security Policy at my company all users were removed from the Local Administrators Group. There are now some users who are using a specialty software(Picture to TV) that will not allow them to burn CD's due to lack of administrative rights. Is there a way around this? Can Windows 2000 be "tweaked" to make it work?

Does Picture to TV burn directly to disk, or cache the data in a temp folder before burning? If it caches the data to a temp folder, the users may need to be given rights to the folder in order to write data to it. Or, is there a setting in Picture to TV you can change to burn directly to disc?
