I have other question.

I have computer A have over 100 address book.

and I have computer B have over 50 address book too, but some inicluded in Computer 'A'

is it have a function I can marge it into one NSF ?

I did try Sync contact to Inotes..but it will duplicate.

So.It is hard to delete one by one..

what can I do?

Are these address books replicas of one another or all different databases ?
Are they personal address books ?
Can you explain why you have so many address books on one computer ?
:)

sorry, I mean I have 2 differnet address book. but each contain over 100 contants inside.

thanks

I don't think there's any built-in functionality that would help you here. (but I could be wrong) :)

You could create an agent to go through all the documents in one address book and check if they are in the second address book and if not, copy the document. However -

The easiest thing to do would be to open both address books to the "All Contacts" view and copy / paste all documents from one address book into the other one.
Then just go through and delete any duplicates.

Shouldn't take too long.
