With the new addition of a T1 line, I had to move the loadspeaker paging from trunk 812 to trunk 836. The loadspeaker paging is programmed on all phones as connecting to line 812, on button 4 of the MLX's. This line cannot be changed via extensions>line/trunks, or via "Personal Line" in WinSPM. I'm guessing there is somewhere that I can just change it once for an across-the-board change. The biggest problem isn't so much in getting the loadspeaker page back; it's more that whenever someone is on line 812, everyone's "Page" light lights up, and allows for eavesdropping on that line.

I have already changed the line to 836 in AuxEquip>Loadspeaker paging menu.

This is a rev 7 Legend.

Thanks.

you will have to go into everyones extension and add the feature loudspeaker page.

you move the loudspeaker page button with extensions-->lines/trunks. How are you going about to remove this line? The easiest way to go about this would be, extensions--lines/trunks-->entry mode-->inspect. This will show you what lines are assigned to that ext. You should see 812. If 812 was renumbered to make an easier page code for single line phones, then use that number. Usually it is renumbered to 6. And then to copy it across, you could use line copy. Extensions-->linecopy. Good luck

you can also program a pickup key to access the loudspeaker page.

My main problem is that I cannot remove the old loadspeaker page line (812) from the MLX's.I can add 836, and delete 836, but it wont let me delete 812, using extensions--lines/trunks-->entry mode
