I find that including a 452kb music loop really slows down the loading of my new web project far too much. I'm new to Flash 6 and am trying to improve the load speed whilst keeping the loop!.

Can I load music from an external flash file from inside another flash file, to save the music loading with the rest of the site? Then the music could be loaded later by the visitor on the click of a button.

You can load sound in dynamically in Flash MX or create a separate movie which just contains the sound file and load it into another level of your main movie via loadMovie().
