Loading .swf into current flash site

I have designed a number of sites. I want to use one site as a showcase. I would be able to have a series of button run down the left hand side of the site, so that when on is click the correlating web site will appear in the same window (with the buttons to the other sites still running down the the site.) I am unsure how to do this. Can anyone help.

you can't load websites into a flash movie..unless those sites are flash, then you could just use the loadmovie command targeting the space you set aside for the websites to show up..but only if they are flash movies..target the swf not the html..

and if not, then no there is no other way..use a frameset..
