loading sequence

i have made a loading sequence for my web site and when i test it on the net it doesnt load it just plays threw like it was regular, what are the frame actions please telll me... hwat i am doin is i put in if frame 3 loaded on current sceane then go to and play current scene 1 does that sound right?

ok well i made the loading scnene but now when i test my movie the buttons dont work right at all they go to links i didnt assign them....what could i have done wrong?

As you are testing the movie, has the movie loaded fully before the buttons are displayed?

Best not to offer buttons while the preloader is in action, otherwise they go off into a world of their own.

ok well when i take the scene off the buttons work peoperly and i sat and waited and it said it was loaded so..
the buttons arent availible until the pre loader has switched to the main scene
as for my button actions they say goto and play frame__ and the frame number
its weird cause one button when u click it goes back to the pre loader and teh second button does what the first button does..... and besides i shouldnt have to wait for ladong since the pre loading takes place while the loading is happening, so when the perloader is done shouldnt it be loaded

well obviously (???). But can you provide the syntax for your buttons? If you're buttons tell the movie to go to a frame number then how do you expect to move between scenes? Are there stop actions where the buttons are going to? Is it possible that the the movie is looping back into the preloader? can you post the fla because this is seems like a pointless exercise for me otherwise, I'm bored.
