Loading Non-Flash Items w/ Preloader...

Is there a way to have a flash intro keep looping until certian images are loaded on an HTML page?...it's a simple thing I want to do...

"Welcome to Nematelo.com" Fade in, and out...check at the end if it's all loaded...if not, play again...if so, display an enter/exit button down at the bottom with "Nematelo.com" as the only thing showing...is there a way to do this?...(easily?)

It's not hard realy just make the "Welcome to Nematelo.com" (if animated) in to a movie clip and then do an if frame is loaded and set it to be about say 200 or 300.

example:
ifFrameLoaded (300) {
}

this should be at the first frame.

But will that load my HTML pages?...I need to load parts of it before it goes to the html page...it's not loading anything flash at that point.
