I develop applications for my company and then load them onto other people's machines.
As strange as this sounds when I load the applications on my on machine I get an error message when I try to run it.
Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual FoxPro supply library.

Hi,

Create a setup disk using setup wizard. If you are using VFP7 then use InstallShield Express limited edition supplied with VFP7.

If you are using VFP6, the menu option Wizards has a SetUp wizard which can be used and will guide you to create setup disks.

Setup disks can be floppy, CD or network setup. YOu can use the choice you want or build for all and use as it suits you. :) ramani :)

I'm using VFP^.0.

The applications work fine on everyone eles's machine.
I only get the error on my machine.

When you say you load them onto other people's machines.
just the exe?
and not the support libs. You need to create a setup through install express for the support libs that the software needs. These are under the object/merge file list. I use the visual C++ runtime and the visual foxpro runtime in all install setup.

By the way, I have a question outstanding on a problem on one of the DLL installing correctly.

Age old problem I use the setup wizard.
Creates an exe.
Load on other machines.
Runs fine.
Finds everything.

Load the same exe on my machine.
When I try to run it I get an error.

The problem is with my machine only.

I can run the exe from the directory that it was created.
