load variables (external images)

I need some help creating a flash file that references external images so when I update or change the image the flash movie will auto update.
Is this possible or do I need to enter the realms of generator?

With Flash MX, you can now dynamically load pictures and Mp3s in the same manner, you would load external movies...

loadMovie("[URL unfurl="true"]http://www.yourserver.com/yourfirst.jpg","_root.container_mc");[/URL]

How does this work if I have a series of images in one frame of the flash movie (carfully positioned and layed out) they all need to be referenced externally so if one of those images changes it auto updates itself
