Load Library 1

Hello, I am accessing a clients computer via their VPN and need to print some ACCPAC reports. I keep getting the "Load Library" message. Is there a way to avoid me having to install ACCPAC directly onto my computer?

I guess you are running Accpac on a Terminal Server?
If you are using TS then there is some setup required for printing to work with Accpac versions prior to 5.4

Installing Accpac on your computer is not going to help anyway, you cannot/should not run Accpac over a VPN.

I'm going to assume you are VPNing on to the clients network then TSing on to one of the PCs. If that is the case try copying the Crystal folder from C:\Windows
to C:\Windows\System32. This usually resolves the Load Library issue.
