Load Keycode using 9 * 8

Trying to load VM Keycode with 9 * 8. After showing VM client, at the Data part, do i enter it 24 dig. or seperate the the 3 sets of 8. Reason for me to try this is, im having trouble in Element Manager loading it from a folder and even manualy with the dashes. The BCM is a 200 with 3.0 sftw.

Does F9*8 work on a 3.x system? Thought it was only on 4.0.

Element mgr doesn't work on BCM 3.x.
