Load Balancing Not working?

We have 2 servers designated for an Nfuse published app. with Load balancing set on, but if one of the servers crashes no one is able to open that app. even though the other server is available. Bug or "Feature"? :)

Is the server that crashed also the Database Store ???
Have you ensured that both servers are configured to deliver the app throught the published app settings. How did you configure load balancing ???

Should work fine, if the app is set to launch from both servers... :)

Neither of these servers are the Database Store. We configure them thru the Citrix Management console, and when both are up the load balancing works fine. So, it is confusing me! :-0
