Is it possible to have users connect to published desktops through Web Interface but to have them load balanced? So all users see only one link and this connects them to a published desktop on either server1, server2 or server3 depending on which is the least busy?

Any ideas appreciated

puppet,
That is a simple task.
Just build up 3 identical servers with all the applicaitons needed on your server.
Once all the applicaitons are installed, you want to secure the desktop by locking down all program folders (I don't know if you are using A/D or not but if you are...you might want to consider implementing a GPO for your citrix servers).

Once all security is in place...go to the CMC console and publish a new application.
It will ask you to either publish an applicaiton, desktop or content. Simply choose the desktop and finish the published applicaiton wizard.
At the end you can choose your three servers and load-balance that desktop across those servers.

Hope that helps.

I cant beleive it's that easy!

I just assumed (always dangerous I know!) that when you published the desktop it could only be the desktop of one server.... When I actually think about it now it seems obvious....

Thanks for taking the time to answer such a dumb question.

There is never a dumb question!!!
I'm just glad I could help out.
