How does everyone feel about the LM on NCCS6 and only 10 days to sort out any network/computer issues you may have that are causing the LM to lose contact withe the NCCS. It will lock your server at the present capacity until you get a unlock code from Nortel.???

10 days should be ample. I get kicked if there are network issues affecting the contact centre for more than a few minutes. If it was 10 days I would probably be looking for a new job.

:)

10 Days is plenty of time

You just have to keep monitoring CCMS server thru SU Alarm Monitor/Event Viewer for any communication issues between LM and CCMS.

Everybody should be aware that there is currently a known problem where LM doesn't always start after you reboot CCMS server. This can cause your server to go into Grace Period.

So until LM SUS0302 is released, after every CCMS reboot, verify that LM Service is up and running. If it's not, start it manually.

be very careful.. the theory is good but as always the implementation is not good..

we were quite badly hit with a LM issue... after 2 days instead of the 10...

we've still not gone back to it and are still running nodal lic's

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
