LKD-24D error

I have a remote client that found the following error this morning: LKD-24D V0.6J Scout-DX V1.1 OK SYNC

I suspect a power induced issue as there was a strong storm that rolled through the area Saturday night. I've had the customer power down (keeping SW8 off) and pull and reseat all the cards and then power on the system.

The phones momentarily light up all lights and then the system shows the same error. Any ideas???
 
It sounds like the system is fried. Fortunately a replacement for the STS is not that expensive. I would call a tech in to diagnose and also speak with tech support to see if the whole KSU needs to be replaced. I have had this problem in Washington DC before and the whole cabinet had to be replaced. Vodavi did cover it under their warranty for this customer and their circumstances. Good Luck...

Is this on all phones? you will get that display if the phone is not programmed but if it is on all phones even 100 then the system may be bad. If you have changed ext numbers from the 100 range then find 100 and reprogram.
