LJ400n Paper trays options

I have LJ400n printer that shows in the config as tray 3 to be preprinted but when I do a print config it come out as letter and when I send a job to it with preprinted it will not work. Can some one help me with this change.

this is a LJ4000n not a 400 sorry about that.

Have you ever SUCCESSFULLY printed anything from tray 3??

yes we have. I need to have preprinted form in tray three and do not want other reports printing on them. Now we print from both trays for reports, which one has paper.
