It says something about incorrect media but all trays and settings are set correctly. Can anyone shed some light on this issue. Any and all would be appreciated!

May or may not help, but you can allways restore the factory settings and see if it fixes it. As you mentioned it has to do with there being a paper multifeed or the wrong size of paper is being used.

Thanks for your input. We talked to HP and they say it is due to a faulty clutch on the tray 3 p/u assy and to also replace the paper feed rollers. Thanks,
