liveupdate problems

I have a machine running NT with NAV 2000 version 6. I need to renew my subscription through liveupdate, however when liveupdate prompts me to renew my subscription, it shows the old style renewal screen which symantec doesn't use anymore to renew subscriptions. I have tried running the lrsetup.exe program from Symantec, which is supposed to update your liveupdate, but that had no effect. In the new version, you click subscribe and it opens IE and takes you to a web page where you place your order. I have had other machines come up with the old style liveupdate, but it updates the program after I click liveupdate and then everything is fine. It's just this one machine that is having problems. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling NAV and that had no effect either. Any ideas? Thanks.

You'll probably need to upgrade to a newer version of NAV. It would seem that the registration procedure in NAV 2000 isn't supported anymore. Contact Symantec on this.

I would upgrade NAV, but I have many other machines that are using the same version and they work fine.

Have you tried uninstalling including the LiveUpdate portion? AVChap
