Livelink workflow killed

Hi!

I am having a problem with the livelink workflows. The workflow starts with a form where the reviewers are entered. If the reviewers won't accept, it goes back to the initator and then the initiator can send the document back for a new review. If the review then is accepted, all the steps afterwards are killed. It seems like a bug to me, but I am not sure. Can anybody help?
