hello
I am having issue with livelink explorer saving emails directly to livelink 971. It works for some only. no error messages.

setup was done through outlook 2003 options and livelink ' save to livelink on send message'

any idea?

The permissions are the same, the setup is done exactly the same. could it be outlook issue, or LL explorer needs to be reinstalle?

have you reviewed the client and server side logs ? if so, what do they show ?

client logs? is there log file within the LIvelink Explorer application installed in the client computer? if so where, also in the server, i am not getting any errors and the files are not reaching livelink, whould that produce any logs within the server?

do you mean the client logs under Event Viewer ( application).
