Live Update problem (Norton Internet security 2006)

Hi, can you help me?

When I try to run LiveUpdate, NIS 2006 says that Live Update is not installed and I have to run "setup" to install it... When I run it, there are only two choices - complete uninstall and "install accounts and parental control".

I have already tried to reinstall it, but the problem is still here... it worked before, what can I do?

I finally got this to work, although I really wish symantec would provide a solution that does not require Internet Explorer (for example, a simple file that would reinstall LiveUpdate). I downloaded lusetup.exe and ran it -- it said that LU was installed successfully but it still had the same problems.

I have used NAV for several years, but now it just seems to break too easily. When my subscription expires I will be looking for a better, more stable antivirus product.
