Listing sumed amounts for multiple listing. 1

First of all, im new to the boards (dont hurt me yet).

My question is this:

I am trying to get the reports in Access to show a single person that is listed multiple times in access and each time he is listed with different info.

Example:

Name: Memo: Amount:
J.Public contract labor 300.00
J.Public contract labor 350.00
J.Public contract labor 100.00


what i want to report to show is just his name just once with all the memo and Amount fields in tact.
 
Grouping should suit. Use the wizard to create the report and choose 'Name' as a group level.
