Listing Phone models with DN's and IP's 3

Hi,
we have a CS1000E rel 6. And Telephony Manager 4. Is it possible to list all the Phone types used, along with DN and IP? I want to use them in an excel file.

Why don't you use the command PRT IPDN followed by the fist octet of the ip address?

This will give you all of you ip phones DNs TNs IPs and more.

BTW forgot to mention this works in overlay 117

Copy/paste output to a text file, and open in Excel as a table with fixed width.

Not that I'm aware of... easiest to do is to go to LD 95 -> PRT -> NAME -> DN ALL -> SHRT YES

Copy/paste that to a TXT document and open in Excel.

Do the same with the LD 117 output as a separate spreadsheet.

Import both into Access and join the tables using the DN field as the common.

The "how to" for this is a bit involved unless you're already well-versed in Excel/Access... but that's the gist of it.

Of course unless someone out there has a better idea!
