Help! please....

I am new to this and dont know much (yet) about the definity.
I am trying to find out all the users in a particular skill set. We have 3 or 4 different skill sets, and I want to list all users in say skill 6, is this possible?

Thanks

Welshman

John

If you have CMS this should show up in several reports,
on the definity do a "list usage hunt XX"
This will show you all objects linked to a specific hunt group/Skill.

Yes it is..

the command is: list usage hunt-group xx
where xx is the split number.

This will give you a complete list of all the agents that are able to login into split xx.

You don't need to type the complete command: li us hu xx will do fine.

Hope this helps,
Erik.

you can use the command: list agents. Thhis will give you a list of all the agents, if they are logged in, and what skill they belong to.

Thanks guys,

This is what I was looking for, like i said I am new to all of this so you will be hearing from me quiet a bit.
I dont suppose anyone could recommend a good course or books, I am doing the Advance System administrators course next week, but anything else would be very well recieved.

Thanks again

Welshman
