Listen to an exisiting conversation

Bank Manager would like to hear the conversation of his staffs while there are conversing either to an Internal or External call
Can he hear the conversation with or without the other parties realizing ?
If yes, how?
Pbx is NS500

He can, you has to enable it in class of service (putting his phone in a separate class of service so everyone can't do it.
you have to turn off conference tone in system options to stop a beep when he monitors the call

I now have program from PBX. I would like someone who has worked with Panasonic PBX and sip
communication to review setting in this program for sip setting to find what we maybe missing.
