Listbox Value as Query Parameter

In the design mode of the query, right click on the field where you want the listbox value to be. Select build from the menu that appears. In the left column open the +Forms option and select your for where the listbox is located. Open the form and select the listbox name. It will appear like this:
Forms![your form name]![my listbox]
Forms![your form name]![my listbox]
