ListBox from Form to Report

Hi there, here is my problem:

I have a List Box type value list, and I fill it on-the-fly.

But I need to place the list box from the form, to a report exactly as it is on the form.

I've tried to place a List Box control in the form, and the data source is the List Box in the form, but it doesn't show the values.

How could I do this???

You cannot place the list box to report, but you can use all form's data in the report.

So if I can't place the list box, how could I place those values into a report???

I already have the values I need on a table like this:

Area HR HM MR MM
1 4 6 5 3
2 2 7 8 2
3 3 4 3 7
4 2 5 4 6


For each Column I had a List Box, how could I do that in a report???
