Listbox - Autocomplete user type

By default when you type in a list box it will take you to the first of each letter you type.. So if you type "AR" it will take you to Apple then to Rope. How can you make it so it will take you to Art if you type "AR" - similar to how it works in other MS apps.

Example Listbox:
Apple
Art
Rope

Just a thougt - try changing your list box to a combo box and in the "other" properties for the combo box make sure to say "yes" to "ALLOW AUTOCORRECT". I use this method a lot to get the result you are looking for.

Yeah, I know that it works that way, I just want them to be able to see everyone in the list (it's a list of about 2000 people, so it's to help with scrolling).
