Hi all,

I'm totally new to Java (coming from C/C++) - so please excuse this if it's a stupid question. :-S

Basically, I want to create a java applet that displays a list control much like the common Windows list control with columns, etc.
I'd like to do this directly in the applet itself rather than have to pop up any extra frames or anything.

I wondered if this was possible (some built in functionality) and how to do it? Anybody have any pointers or tutorials?

I seem to recall seeing something similar (a java applet) in the "WebMin" program for UNIX/Linux so I'm pretty sure it's possible.

Thanks,
Nick
