How do I get a report from SMGR of a list of SIP stations?

Not really. Not beyond exporting lists of CM endpoints. SMGR doesn't know or care what SIP phones are registered until you click User Registrations. It's not keeping track on its own - it's just asking the Session Managers what the state is when you click for user registrations.

How many Session Managers do you have?

if you cli in SM, you can sm console get all rslocal and it'll print all local registrations to your terminal

Are you looking for configured or registered? Remember that you can have up to 10 SIP endpoints all registered against the same account.
