List of phone models and release differences

Does anyone have a "comprehenisve" list that describes the various phone model releases along with enhancements, capabilities, or software interactions.

The release numbers apparently start over with a different style of phone (M7310, M7324) and their built in functionality can be different.

Perhaps this is something for the FAQ
