Need some help with a missing command in CM. I have multiple systems integrated with OCS via AES server and can use the "list monitored-station" command to see which stations are actually being monitored. I have one PBX (CM 5.2.1) that does not have it. When I do a "list" then help, there is no option for "monitored-stations". The only difference I see on this system is that it has standard versus enterprise licensing. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

I looked it up in a 5.2 for you, and it should be there.
So the reason you don't see it, is beacause Avaya or your BP has not enabled the command for your security level.
Ask your BP to enable it. It is under Category "C" (features) Default is "w".
Remember that regular endusers only see a subset of existing commands, and that a bussinesspartner has a few more, and Avaya has em all (dependng what level rep you are speaking to).
Whoever has a higher level, can assign them to a lower one.

Very good information. Thank you very much!
