List measurements

Hello, I'm new with Tek-Tips and any help would be appreciated. I have a G3r and an offsite CMS that loses it's connection to the G3r sporadically. the CMS connects to other G3r's with no problem so I think the problem is with my CLAN card. When I try "list measurements clan ethernet 01d20" I receive the following response "CLAN port data not available". Is there any other command I can try to check this port? I have double-checked my port settings on the CLAN and ethernet Switch and they are correct

or
status ip-board 01d20
