List data region with page break

Using SSRS 2005.

I have a report that uses a List Data region. I want to page break whenever a field value changes. I can't figure out how to do the page break. I see options for page breaking before and after the list, but this is not what I want. I need to page break whenever a field value changes. Any help?

I got the list report to page break by placing it inside an outer list data region where I created a group on the field.
