list boxes removal from form

I have a form that has multiple subforms which contain information from a query which has list tables. I do not want these forms to show the list table only the individual information I cannot find this anywhere in properties. Any help

For the benefit of other members could you explain what you found ?

Right click on the list box and click on the change to command. Then just select text box.
