List box shows duplicates 3

I have a list box that gets it's values from a table. How can I filter the list so not to show all the duplicates with the same name ?

Sorry couldn't SEARCH for this as TEK TIPS search hasn't been working.

Try this:

Under the Properties of the List Box; Row Source; insert the words "SELECT DISTINCT" at the beginning of the phrase that is already there.

Another way to get the same result is opening the Row Source Query for the drop down, right clickig in a blank bit to get the menu open, select Properties and change Unique Records to Yes.

It adds the SELECT DISTINCT in the right format automatically.
