List box highilight bold

I have a list box that is set so that i can select more that one result. What i need is that when i click on an item just that item goes bold. When i select another item that goes bold aswell. But when they are unselected they return to there original state.

I can get it only so that when clicked the whole list goes bold and then back again ... is it possible to do this???
