Hi Guys,
Been trying to get Linux based VMPRO and ContactStore working together for a few days now and am struggling at the final hurdle.
I have found the below thread old which is pretty much the same issue as i am experiencing.
I have set VMPRO to transfer the files via SFTP to the ConactStore machine and I am able to view those files from the ContactStore machine so I know the transfer is succeeding and they are in the correct place. However, Contactstore is still unable to see the recording despite the files being in the storage path defined within ContactStore.
I have read and edited the registry as advised but I think this may be where I am hitting a problem. What exactly am I putting in the registry and where? Please bear in mind I have a 64 bit Windows 2008 operating system.
The file structure of key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Alchemy\Voicemail\Directories\VRLDir is not there so am I simply creating it and putting the call storage path as the string? (i.e. E:\SFTP_Root\Recordings)
Thanks in advance!
